Steve Babick wins Re-Election as Mayor of Carrollton

Carrollton voters made their choice and in a 3-person race for Mayor, Steve Babick was able to garner the requisite votes to avoid a runoff and continue his service for a full term, following initially being elected in May 2022 in a Special Election to fill Kevin Falconer's seat, which he was required to resign, to run for Denton County Commissioner, which he won in November.

Congratulations to all that ran for office and to Carpenter and Palomo for winning in open-seat races.   Dr. Andrew Palacios, the current Mayor Pro-Tem also won re-election to serve another 3-year term.   Thanks to Candidates Sung, Polter, Lopez, Verdell and Dooling for willingness to run and serve.
